Description
Arcade glow meets living-room theater. The Amazing Adventures of Pac-Man turns the 8-bit maze into a sing-along storybook: chipper narration, rubbery synths, and drum-machine boogie pacing Pac-Man through haunted houses and fruit heists. Kid Stuff writers/producers Patrick McBride and Dana Walden stitch skits to short, punchy tunes: novelty electro with classroom-chorus charm. “Take the Fruit and Scoot” shuffles on a catchy bass synth; “I Hate Fruit Blues” leans faux-bluesy with winked-eye harmonies; the “Pac-Man Theme” bookends it all in bright, fanfare hooks. This KSS-5023 issue (circa 1982) is the classic Kid Stuff pressing (no barcode, standard black vinyl), made for kids, collectors, and video-game nostalgia diggers alike. Condition VG+: jacket shows light shelf-wear, and the vinyl presents clean gloss with minimal playwear [inferred]. A playful slice of early-’80s games-on-wax culture that still chomps with color.
